Symptom narrative

Caregiver reported that she developed hives approx 3 hours after administration of the vaccine. Progressed to lip swelling and throat swelling several hours later.

Medical history

IBS, Constipation, Migraines, High blood pressure.

Other medications

Topamax, Procardia, Linzess, Reglan, Dicyclimine, Nortripine, Zofran, Lobetelol, Allegra, Pecip, Bedadryl on the day od vaccine

Allergies

Mold and pollen. No med allergies in the past.

Prior vaccinations

Reports had a reaction the previous flu season so premedicated and attempted vaccination again this season. Also received Fluari
