Presents with concerns regarding adverse reaction to pneumococcal 21, received yesterday. She reports last evening she had noted pruritus to the left side and later developed chills, sweats, headache, posterior neck pain. She has chronic low back pain which was also exacerbated. Today she continues with headache, "just feel off". She has had no further chills or sweats. She did note rash to left axilla and scattered throughout the back, mostly on the left side, she noted this later last evening and this morning. She denies chest pain, shortness of breath. The injection was given in the right deltoid, she does note mild redness and swelling, but no significant pain. At this time, patient will continue to monitor and treat at home symptomatically and will have a short term update in a couple days.
