Symptom narrative

Pt received vaccines. He had angina shortly after. Pt was barely conscious. We called an ambulance for patient.

Medical history

Angina. Pt has had both Fluad and Comirnaty on 9/10/24 without an issue. (This year there was chest pain and pharmacy had to call an ambulance 5 mins after administration. No allergic reaction was seen.

Lab data

Heart Monitoring must have taken place as wife reported that no heart issues were discovered.
