Lab data

From discharge summary: Acute weakness: Transferred here for concern for atypical GBS with primary sensory involvement. However, intact patellar DTRs argue against GBS. LP with low cell count but also with normal protein. MRI unremarkable for acute changes. -Neuro consult -- gabapentin for peripheral neuropathy. Orthopedic follow-up for management of stenosis at C5-6 and L3-4, PT, and possible steroid injection. Continue TRIA for PT. - Outpatient neurology for EMG in 2 weeks if burning sensation does not improve.
