Flu shot she having pain in right shoulder. Pain started day after injection worse than normal but she assumed it was just normal pain. Has progressively gotten worse. Is affecting range of motion. Deltoid/shoulder pain. Appointment scheduled for 10/23/25. Reported on 10/21/25
