Symptom narrative

Expired Rotavirus was given accidentally(exp.10/11/2025) on 10/20/2025. Mother called PCP office on 10/21 and reported that patient vomited x3 on 10/21, appear tiered and less active, still cough and sneezing as as the days before vaccination, denied fever or SOB. Patient had f/u appt. on 10/23, symptoms improved, but noted some phlegm in throat at the night before. Still has some cough and stuffy nose. No more vomiting, diarrhea or constipation.
