Symptom narrative

Patient called into the office to state that she was having low blood pressure with dizziness while at work the night after she got her vaccinations. Patient also had body aches and is starting to have a cough. Patient was at the pharmacy at time of call and still felt dizzy. Advised patient to go to the Urgent Care but patient declined. Patient is going to go home and rest.
