Symptom narrative

Patient was given vaccine in upper part of arm. Patient stated the shot was given very high. Had pain in the shoulder and could not raise arm that evening. He went to the doctor about 4 days later and had to receive cortisone shot for inflammation. The area where the shot was given was near scar tissue from previous shoulder surgery. The doctor the patient saw said he had gotten the vaccine in the bursa. He has to have PT and future doctor visits.
