Symptom narrative

never received the second dose / Missed dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received on an unknown date). The patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: never received the second dose / Missed dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 13-OCT-2025 Patient received the first dose of Shingrix but never received the second dose.
