Symptom narrative

Second dose missing; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a elderly male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Zostavax (Zostavax on 15 Jun 2006) and Shingrix (received first dose of Shingrix on 22 Feb 2018). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-OCT-2025 Physician mentioned he received the live shingles vaccine Zostavax on 15 Jun 2006 (called did not specified a date), and on 22 FEB 2018 he got first dose of Shingrix (Lot number and expiration unknown by caller), but their healthcare professional did not explain that he needed a second dose, so he did not get it. The healthcare professional also mentioned he had some immune disorders (all of them before getting Shingrix) low immunoglobulins, some T cells are low, he never got sickness because their killer cells are elevated, but he also had light chain disease, and a number of immune difficulties.
