Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Only one dose received; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on 09-JUN-2023, with batch number b4999 and expiry date 05-AUG-2024). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Only one dose received). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 14-OCT-2025 Healthcare professional reported that he had a patient that got only one Shingrix shot in 2023. HCP enquired if he should restart the series or just give them 1 shot now.
