A male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (Primary Immunization series complete; unknown manufacturer), for COVID-19 immunization. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant), outcome "unknown" and all described as "he has come down with COVID even though he has had every Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine and booster/he got covid twice". Despite getting fully vaccinated and boosted he got covid twice while on cruises. The patient said he had always gotten the Pfizer Vaccine, but then said he does not know; maybe it was Moderna. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
