Symptom narrative

Patient received the Influenza vaccine on 10/21/25 and 10:06 am from a nurse at a staff flu vaccine clinic in the lobby. Patient reports she experienced facial swelling, facial warmth and redness approximately 2 hours after the injection and last most of the day. Denies any airway issues. Vaccine supervisor recommended patient follow up with Team Member Health for reporting and testing.
