Symptom narrative

Patient stated the day after the vaccination, there was redness on the area. Some itching. She reported to us after 7 days. She stated there's not not much difference from the day after the vaccination up to now. RPh advised patient to take benadryl if still itching and apply cold compress and call her PCP.
