Symptom narrative

throat tightening (mild) associated with hot feeling, but no difficulty swallowing or angioedema on exam. Sensation of a little short of breath on time of arrival but this did not advance to visible of objective signs or symptoms. All vitals normal the entire 60+ minutes of observation and all symptoms resolved at time of discharge.
