Symptom narrative

patient received a Varivax on 10/9/25 and a MMR on 10/23/25. There was not the adequate amount of spacing of 28 days between 2 live vaccines. patient did not have any reactions to receiving the MMR early. called Merck and gave details of immunizations. They advised that another MMR be given in 4 weeks. Patient's PCP, was notified. Dr called and notified parents that mmr would need to be repeated. They became angry and hung up on him
