Symptom narrative

Patient reported burning/pain 5 mins after injection to site. Patient reported the following two days had mild pain to arm/shoulder area but was manageable with OTC ibuprofen. Patient reported that Weds night 10/22/2025 that she was woken up out of sleep due to shoulder pain with severe stiffness to arm. 10/24/2025 patient came to Employee Health Office to report continued pain. Patient advised to make appt with PCP, workers' compensation company informed and claim started.
