Symptom narrative

patient had vaccines given at 4 yr visit on 10/21/25. He received 3 vaccines, listed above. On 10/23/25 mom noted redness and swelling which was thought to be a normal local reaction. Today, patient had increased redness and swelling with blistering on a large portion of arm. Looks cellulitic. Started on oral antibiotics (Keflex).
