Symptom narrative

Patient called and stated that at time of injection he felt the vaccine was "strong" and then that evening proceeded to have pain in shoulder muscle up to back of neck. He states this progressed tp the base of his skull within 1 day which felt sore/warm/limited mobility.

Lab data

Patient states he went to doctor about 2 weeks after the shot and then got some scans done for which they said was arthritis but dates were not provided to me but he thinks its related to the vaccine.
