Patient was seen by pulmonary provider on 9/5/2025 and diagnosed with Bronchiectasis without complication who prescribed Stiolto Respimat

Aortic valve regurgitation, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, thrombocytopenia, osteoporosis, vitamin D deficiency, BPPV, allergic rhinitis, tinnitus, cataracts, GERD, IBS, urge and stress incontinence, history of renal carcinoma, vasomotor symptoms, anxiety disorder, small vessel disease, mixed type COPD, asthma and Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus
