Symptom narrative

1-2 hours after vaccination, pt at restaurant - had stiffening episode lasting a few seconds and fell to the side. Out of it for a breif period then tired for a few hours after. Seen in ED about an hour later and was returning to baseline.

None that I am aware of.

Hx atopic dermatitis, well controlled
