Symptom narrative

Shingrix was erroneously recommended to patient because pharmacy computer system failed to show thst patient had already received both doses back in 2022. threfore, this was the third administration of this vaccine which is contrary to CDC recommendation. the next 48 hours symptoms include sore arm and headache.
