Symptom narrative

I asked to receive the RSV vaccine on 10/21/2025 at my ob follow up appointment at 34 weeks and 4 days. I received a call from the ob office on 10/24/2025 that I was given the wrong medication (Arexvy (PF) 120 mcg/0.5 mL IM suspension). I have not experienced any adverse effects so far, other than some arm soreness that has lasted 3 days, but I am reporting this vaccination error for documentation and safety monitorin
