Symptom narrative

Muscle weakness to the point of not being able to walk. Neuropathy pain 24/7 from knee down and on both hands from the thumb to the middle finger. Didn?t have my period for 8 months and wasn?t pregnancy. Restless leg syndrome at night. Can?t feel feet. Prescribed duloxotine and gabapentin.

Lab data

Catscan, mri of spine and neck, several blood tests daily. Hospitalized 1/6/22 for around a month in the hospital and then later was transferred to an in patient physical therapy facility. I did 3 months of physical therapy out patient.
