Symptom narrative

After giving patient his Covid then his Flu vaccines patient passed out in chair and was caught before falling to the floor, his father carried him to reclining chair and was reclined. Immediately patient recovered and was alert and asked what happen. RN explained about vasovagal episode and importance of drinking and eating before vaccination. Father stated patient had had no water or food prior to vaccination. After 15 minutes patient was feeling much better and was able to stand and walk without assistance. Father stated he would make sure he was given fluid and breakfast. Father and patient both denied any additional help. Patient was discharged.
