Symptom narrative

patient experienced beginning stages of Vasovagal syncope type reaction after administration of immunizations. Patient started feeling "woozy" , became slow to respond, did not actually lose consciousness. We gave her water and candy and she started responding and felt better. Reaction started about 1 minute after immunizations given. Patient was feeling better after about 5 minutes
