Symptom narrative

The patient had multiple vaccines scheduled and was only given the first. His appearance was very uneasy and he described himself as feeling nauseous, however he was breathing and conscious. Suspected of vasovagal syncope response. EMS was immediately called. One technician remained with the patient and another technician was sent to the store's entrance to watch for paramedics to arrive and lead them to the pharmacy. The paramedics arrived within 5 minutes and took the patient in. Patient remained conscious and responsive within this time.
