Symptom narrative

Tight chest, dizziness, flushed face. Checked by RN. Patient had already sat for 5 minutes when checked on and continued to lay for 10 more, given water and monitored. Rechecked by nurse after 10 min and patient felt stable. Walked out to vehicle by MA.
