Symptom narrative

Patients tongue had some swelling and itching/tingling feeling. They felt like it was difficult to swallow. At the time of the reaction they had left the store and called back to see what they should do. They felt like it was not getting worse and did not have any airway issues. It was advised they go to the emergency room just to be safe. Unsure at this time if they for sure ended up in the ER.
