Symptom narrative

Patient received an Arexvy on 10/11/2025. The following day, it was brought to the department's attention that the patient had already received an RSV (Arexvy) shot on 09/21/2023. Per MFR labeling and per CDC guidelines, the RSV shot is currently only one dose per lifetime. Patient was contacted and has not experienced any side effects from receiving a second dose of Arexvy.
