Symptom narrative

Patient went limp, pale and in and out of consciousness for about 5 minutes the morning after the vaccine. Doctors labeled it as hypotonic hyporesponsive episode in response to dtap

Lab data

Ambulance called about 10 minutes after episodes all vitals normal. Went to the ER about 30-60 min after blood work normal, EKG normal, glucose levels normal, vitals monitored and all normal. All done on 9/13/25

Prior vaccinations

Same reaction in September 2024 to the same vaccine (dtap) when child was 6 months old, reaction was shorter than the second one
