Symptom narrative

About a week after receiving the vaccination we (parents) noticed a hard nodule developing at the injection site on the right thigh. Over the next few days the skin around the nodule turned red and inflamed. Applying any pressure to the nodule appears to be painful for patient. At this time the nodule is still present with a rash around it (10/26/25)
