Symptom narrative

Patient came in to receive both vaccines on 10/25. The vaccines were given by a pharmacy student. He called the pharmacy on 10/26 and reported she received a needle stick after giving one of the vaccines.

Other medications

Patient came in to receive a flu and covid vaccine. My pharmacy student was giving the vaccine and received a needle stick after giving one of the vaccines.

Lab data

Student will be getting blood work done. Patient was contacted and asked to get voluntary tabs done.
