Symptom narrative

Pt received two vaccines (prevnar Right Arm Lower; comirnaty right arm upper) on 10/20/25. On 10/21/25 pt states she started to feel "achy and feeling flu like symptoms". On 10/22/25, patient states she experienced chills and sweats. On 10/23/25 her arm became red with a rash and warm to the touch; and she felt dizziness along with a headache. On 10/24/25 pt states the rash spread more (within the arm area but not beyond) and it became itchy.

Pt went to urgent care. She was told she had an allergic reaction. She was given doxycycline which she bought onsite and was told to take Benadryl.
