Symptom narrative

Patient fainted in the front checkout line about 5 minutes after receiving her flu shot. Mom thought she might have had a seizure. This was not witnessed by pharmacy staff. She was sat on a bench in the front of the store and EMS was called. While waiting for the ambulance to come and check her out, the mom decided she was fine and left with her before receiving any aid.
