Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccinations for flu and covid vaccine on 10/24/2025 at 10:42am. About 30 minutes after receiving the vaccine, pharmacy was alerted by a pharmacy associate that the patient had fainted in one of the aisles. The pharmacist on duty closed the pharmacy and promptly went to check on the patient. The patient was alert and talking by the time the pharmacist got to the scene. Shortly after that emergency personnel took the patient to the hospital. Pharmacy manager called the patient 2 days later to follow up. Patient stated the hospital gave her a liquid IV for fluids and she was sent home shortly after. Patient states she is completely fine now.
