Symptom narrative

Pt received vaccine on 10/20 started noticing blood in urine 10/23 Thursday, was getting worse so went to urgent care 10/24 Friday. The clinic ran blood work and urine test. Found blood in urine but no sign of bacteria or infection. MD at urgent care determined the blood in urine was due to covid vaccine. The blood has cleared as of 10/26.
