Symptom narrative

Received Flu shot into my right shoulder instead of my arm muscle. The student nurse that gave it to me went higher up my arm and I felt the vaccine go into my right shoulder. I went home, went to bed and woke up with my shoulder aching, not my arm muscle aching like it usually will if it's put in the right place.

HTN, Joint pain, nerve pain.

none. Took my medications when I got home. (Lisinopril, Celebrex, Gabapentin, Estrogen)
