Symptom narrative

Syncope that was misdiagnosed as a seizure. Patient was taken by ambulance to emergency department at Medical center. Neurologist was consulted and diagnosed seizure disorder. Patient was prescribed Keppra for seizures and subsequently traveled out of the country for education semester. Upon return patient went to clinic and seizure disorder diagnosis was determined to be incorrect.
