Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Pt came into pharmacy two days after receiving pneumonia vaccine (left arm) and flu vaccine (right arm). Pt reports large red, raised rash on left arm where pneumonia vaccine was given. Pt reports moderate pain in arm limiting daily activity. Pt managed pain with Tylenol. Pt also sates rash feels "hot and itchy."
