Symptom narrative

When given flu shot 1st, had severe pain in (L) Arm as serum was going in, same reaction after Pneumonia Shot in (L) arm. Within 3 hrs. I could not move my arm and in excruciating pain. Starting taking Ibuprofen & icing. Some improvement with limited mobility. Saw physician on 10/28/25. Gave me Corticosteroid Injection and Ketorolac (Toradol) Injection. Ordered x-Ray & MRI of Left Shoulder.
