Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Additional Details: patient hit their head on the wall in front of her when she fainted. Cleared by EMS on scene but transported to nearby hospital to scan head since patient is older and hit her head on wall pretty hard (left dent in wall).
