Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: Unable to Sleep-Severe, Additional Details: Patient states couldn't move her arm, up, down, or lift arm at all without extreme pain. Unable to get dressed and do daily activities. These symptons persisted beginning 1 day post vaccine until 8 days later when she could bend her elbow and lift arm half-way. Began being able to sleep day 9.
