Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: patient states that injection was given too high and likely caused the issue - pt has trouble rotating her arm and stated that she had trouble sleeping for a few nights due to the pain. rph apologized, gave corporate number, and coached tech that administered vaccine.
