Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: patient has not seen his doctor, complained that he's had left shoulder pain since his vaccine and bothersome to put his arm behind his back. He also complains that it bothers him everyday
