Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient fainted few minutes after getting both vaccines. After a few seconds, she regained consciousness. Colleague picked her up off floor & put her on chair. She was given water and a snack and felt back to normal after waiting in the store for additional 20 minutes. Pulse was strong. Checked her blood pressure several minutes later, 125/75.
