Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Confusion-Severe, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Severe, Additional Details: Note From employee: Pt presented to vaccine room calm, friendly and cooperative ~10:50am. Patient received vaccine and left vaccine room. ` ~10:58am the patient became light headed, bumped into a show case and began to fall to the floor. An unknown male caught patient and the pharmacist assisted her to the floor while a tech called EMS Pt was made comfortable with a jacket under her head and placed on her right side. EMS arrived ~11:05am. Patient taken to hospital on stretcher.
