Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient came by the pharmacy to show us her arm and asked me to look at her arm. Left arm was swollen and red, counselled pt to use ice pack ( no heat), benadryl for the itching. Made sure there was no limitations in her range of movement.
