Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Medium, Additional Details: Thu,10/23/25: pt was given covid pfizer vacc instead of flu vacc which the pt came for. In past, pt had shingles & covid pfizer vacc together on the same day & developed hives all over the body after a few days. pt went to dermatologist and didnot have any other rxns. Pt took 1 tab benadryl 50mg at pharm, waited ~40mins, was doing fine. advised to go to ER for any serious rxns occur. RPH will follow with pcp
