Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Pain extending down to wrist-Medium, Systemic: Joint Pain-Medium, Additional Details: RPh was administering vaccine. Appeared to be something wrong with the vaccine plunger and had to change location/injection site. Was able to adjust and give vaccine. Moderate bleeding with vaccine as well
